If we lived in a country where logic takes priority, matagal na dapat legal 'yan. I agree with many of the factors raised here pero isa pang nakakacontribute sa pagiging illegal niya ay ang inherent conservativeness ng madla; kung bad stigma na siya sa mga liberal countries, paano pa kaya sa atin?

I just want to know about your thoughts in the possible legalization of medicinal/medical and recreational cannabis here the Philippines? Since either Bong bong or Leni will win the elections, there are circulating news about their interests in the matter.

Do you think we are ready ?
Do the rightful beneficiaries of this medicinal plant need to wait a little longer ?
What are your opinions ?

Personal opinion... Dapat talaga maging legal ang cannabis but make sure na.. nasa correct na edad na siya.. ginagamit na ng nakaraang panahon sa ibang bansa ang cannabis pan laban sa sakit.. legit.. tignan niyo yung youtube vloger na si Ask Adam about cannabis.. niresearch nila ang tungkol sa cannabis at mapapasabi ka talaga na dapat naman talaga legal...

The reason for prohibition was mostly propaganda by the Americans. Since Cannabis is way easier to grow than tobacco (including the manufacturing process), they did a smear campaign against cannabis painting it as something dangerous and evil. It worked and now we're here. It's still good news to see more and more countries relaxing their stance regarding the use of it.

Legalize it but with high taxation, and might as well legalize drug usage but criminalize distribution
