Might be an unpopular opinion but prayer bro. It also helps you meditate so you hit 2 birds with 1 stone

I guess balance rin talaga on things that you do. I try to set boundaries on work, socials, and personal time. Mahalaga yung personal time to reflect, medidate, or just relax. Doing nothing is okay sometimes.
