Talk to someone face to face, hangout with friends, and spend your time doing things you love. If wala kang hobbies, try doing variety of stuffs that you are interested in

Embracing my thoughts and letting it pass through. For me the only way out is through and it really works a lot. Thinking na I have no control of the things so it is what it is and one step at a time lang.

Be in a routine but add a little bit of other things to it to not make it monotonous. Also if you have friends like chill with them in your groupchats or if you have discord servers then chill through vc's.
