Any kind of exercise will do. I myself lift heavy weights, it helps me alleviate stress and gain extra focus and motivation.
Talking with someone is also extremely helpful.

Learned how to prioritize the important things in life, cliche siya pero yun ang nakatulong saken. Not giving a fuck about every little thing. That’s what changed my mental state, from suicidal 8 years ago, to balanced and happy. And also age comes to play na den.
