honestly if you have a solid phone just trying that out to get a sense of what angles/distance you like to shoot. what type of photographya rey ou intereted in?

if you have an iphone or high end mobile phones, they are good enough to learn few of the basics. a lot of youtubers started only with iphones. but if you want to buy a dedicated cam, sony's alpha series is one of the best

I have a 80D, but I also used to have a 100D-- if you are starting out its good to try DSLRs its straightforward to use plus it looks cool!
