Hello, any tips po para sa gustong mag gym kagaya ko
kakatapos ko lang po ng college and pumasa sa boards, so next step ko po ay mag focus sa physical appearance ko po
konting background po saakin; hindi po ako physically active, mabilis akong hingalin dahil na rin sa asthma.
pero gusto ko po talaga mag improve, sa tingin ko po GYM yung makakatulong saakin;
saka baka pwede nyo po i-share yung diet nyo po para mag calorie deficit po ako

Mahirap mag diet pag walang ref!. FISH, Beef, pork chicken egg and fruits na unprocessed. Preferably without vegetable oils. Paminsan2 veggies.. yun lang kainin mo goods ka na.

I recommend bring your inhaler, caloric deficit ko is 1cup rice 2 meals a day, lunch and dinner. Wag sobra sa viand din, track your calories brother and look for a gym na newbie friendly pero if you want you can start with pushups, planks,leg raise, squat sa bahay.

Probably start ka muna with walking and jogging. Mahirap kasi mg gym kung hingalin ka rin. Start working sa cardio mo. Then progress to weight training.
