Always Gym. cardio mo na ung pag punta doon and mas gaganahan ka pag may nakikita or nakakasabay ka magbuhat.

Honestly speaking, mga famous or rich people lang ata need ng home workout for obvious reasons.

I like working out at home better. Because I don't need to pay a gym membership. Unless the air ventilation is bad, I would opt for home workout.

80 pesos is fine but if you're a beginner, just doing the basic bodyweight exercises will suffice. pag nadalian ka na, the gym will be an option

80 pesos na po kasi yung walk in na gym dito samen. Sa tingin nyo worth it paba na mag gym or home workout na lang? Salamat katzmates
Depends to sa goals mo katzmate. Bale if sa home ka lang, make sure dapat na anjan ung equipment na need mo like dumbbells or squat rack. In my case I use the gym for the pullup bar since wala ako non sa house. Swerte ako since meron din hanging ropes sa gym ko so i can practice grip strength. Calisthenics is still pretty good tho
