cook here: try nyo substitute yung chicken cubes ng beef cubes, lagyan ng onting garlic powder tas add ng all purpose cream, yan ang gravy namin sa best seller sizzling porkchop at steak

maganda gawin mix mo mantika/butter flour at cold water bago mo sindihan ang apoy to avoid lumps then add mo mga pampalasa

Gravy na good for 2
1/4 butter
mga 2-3 kutsara ng harina (dipende sa lapot)
chicken cubes (dapat chicken talaga)
mushroom (naka pack)
toyo (ikaw na bahala pang kulay lang to)
paminta

mahinang apoy lang tol iwas masunog ang harina at butter
1.tunaw butter
2.lagay harina
3.chicken cubes na may tubig (yung chicken cubes tunawin mo sa mainit na tubig magiging parang pancake mixture pag nag mix na)
haluin mo lang lagi at lutuin mo ng maayos dahil maglalasa harina pag hindi naluto (dagdag ka lang tubig para sa tamang consistency na gusto mo)
4. lagay mushroom at paminta
5.toyo pampa kulay lang at yun na! (oo nga pala mas maganda wire whisk gamit mo para nahahalo ng maayos ang gravy mo)


next time post ko video, bago lang kase ako (ulit) x
