Arms: Curls, Hammer Curls, Reverse Curls
Shoulders: Shoulder Press, Lat Extension, Shrugs
Back: Bent Rows, Reverse Flies
Chest: DB Bench press, Flies.
For bench, if you dont' have a bench, get 3-4 pillows and stack them. Use that to support the back since pillows are typically the width of your body. Or you can use planks of wood and bricks.

Legs: DB Squats, Lunges
Abs: Russian Twists

This is viable, just do research on youtube videos as long as adjustable ang weights mo then it's fine. Pero kung single weight ka lang paps, kaya pa naman ng variations yan pero mahhit mo parin limit mo.
