Best advise is to seek professional help, esp if may suicidial ideations na. Best reminder is to know that someone can and is willing to help you.

My career was going great. Work and life was good. Then covid hits. I lost my job but was paid. I was still okay at this point. Even told my parents that I would rest and study before going back to work. Even asked my father to quit his work because I know that he will be very exposed to a lot of people which raise the risk of getting infected. It was still the early days of covid in PH and most of the people still don't know much about it. No vaccines yet. Then, it happened. He got sick, we all got it. Then within a few weeks, we lost him. All you can do that time was to bring him to a hospital where they allowed no one to see him. I never felt that useless in my life at that point. I feel like I am already dead now. Most days I am disappointed that I still woke up.

Go outside: Execise, walk.
Visit a park.
Go camping.

Exercise, Outdoors, Nature and a good therapist will get you back on the path.

hang in there.

Seems simple pero the answer would be breaking patterns. May moment in life na we are at an all time low and it will hit us so hard na di na tayo makakaahon. The best and only solution is to wake up and break the patterns. Ako? I stayed inside and locked myself out from the world dahil sa mga taong nakapaligid sa akin. It all changed nung i decided to go outside and look for a different perspective sa buhay ko. I tried new things and even met new friends. Try mo din sometime.
