as the title says, which you guys prefer in a dev environment, ive use linux/laptop combination but id rather have a lightweight macbook compared to a bulky laptop

macbook usually pampadali ng dev experience.

Dual-boot Macbook with MacOS and Linux, if you have the budget for it.
If not, then just buy a regular macbook and put in a Linux distro.

Our company uses macs, kahit devops namin. However, may mga libraries/packages na hindi compatible sa appleARM atm (official old jdks for example)
