Im all for electric, especially now however we need to regulate them and also put a more strict rule on the users as of now we see kamote owners with zero! Knowledge of the rules of the road and majority dont have lisence to drive

For me sana may seminar, registration and license din ang mga naka e bike kawawa naman kaming sumusunod sa batas nagpaparehistro every year tapos babanggain kalng ng full charge na ebike tapos kapag sa amin revoke license
