just spend your time not eating. focus on not eating, drink water. find a hobby.

food is fuel and nothing more.

sparkling water bro. tapos if mahilig ka sa sweets or soda, hanap ka ng no sugar option. yun na sweets ko and soda in one.

then sa sweetener ko gamit ko eh monkfruit sweetener.. d nako nag ssugar at all :)

Skip meats, big meals. Stick to one meal, 500 calories. Better if you learn water fasting. Then dry fasting past two days, is faster time but more discipline to not drink or eat.
