Mga lodz ask lang if meron kayo alam na dietitian or nutritionist na kaya makagawa ng meal plan for a type 2 diabetic? Self help kasi ginawa ko na calrie computation ko e.
Mahirap yan sir kasi mostly tailored ang special diets for T2DM, considering pa ang weight and macros nyan.

Learn to count calories and weigh your food para hindi sayang ang time and effort mo. Include the oil you use when cooking as well! Hope this helps!

Recommended food sa nagcacalorie deficit?
eat fiber rich foods to feel fuller and use myfitnesspal to track your calorie intake. calorie deficit is usually only up to reducing your body calorie intake by up to 500 calories only and not more than that since that will be unhealthy for you and it can lead to muscle wasting and nutrient deficiency.

Space out your meal. Also have the thinking that you eat not to be full but not to be hungry

Try intermittent fasting, no need count calories and easy to maintain deficit
