Mas magandang sa backburner pa ang batas na iyan. Hindi naman ganyan ang SWF eh. Yung "version" natin ng SWF ay nakasalalay lang sa investment ng mga government agencies at mga private enterprises na may dealings sa gobyerno. Mas maganda yung sovereign wealth fund kung may surplus ang goberyno which sadly we lack at mas maganda na gawin na lang yang investment fund of sorts imbis na sabihing SWF.

Super against because the Philippines still has an astronomical debt that it has yet to pay and is still accumulating interest as we speak. Maraming ways to promote our economy pero hindi sa ganitong paraan. We are only further sinking our already water-logged ship down the blue abyss.

I have to admit that it is a very risky proposal. I would rather see the funds invested in basic necessities. The country needs basics improved first. And the fund is open to corruption too. Kawawa ang Pilipinas
