OFW here in Malaysia for many years na.. So far, if you want a laid back and medium City life.. then better sya sa Singapore..
but then if sanay ka or you prefer a fast paced City Life, then Singapore is the choice.
Oo na hindi ang sagot. If let's say may tutuluyan ka na libre for 1 month (validity stay na bibigay sayo is 1 month ng SG immigration) advantage it.
Oo mahirap kasi, lets say wala kang working experience or non tech/ non office work hanap mo , e.g. Hotel staff, Chef.. etc , usually mga employers
they prefer na kumuha sa mga agency na authorized din ni PH natin. kasi ang daming requirements ng PH para maging OFW (perks dahil nga number 1 tayo sa TNT and human trafficking targets)
If Tech professional/ Office managerial work.. they are the one's na possible ka mahire directly ng Employer or sa mga Tech Head hunters. Sa mga tech head hunters kasi, since gusto nila kumita agad (Commission sa deployment nila sa client sayo), Mabilisan at alam nila proseso to work on your EP sa SG).
2cents ko ito basing sa mga nakakausap ko na mga fellow OFW.. additionally, nagplan din ako magapply kasi dati SG kaso ndi ako matuloy tuloy kasi yung work ko dito sa Malaysia eh lintek 3 months notice.. pag nagkaopening kasi sa SG ng Tech jobs.. dapat available ka agad agad
