so im planning to upgrade my old 4/64 4g phone to a better model. i came across a 120w redmi model, specifically the note 12 pro+ one. it has a decent 5k mAh battery. wont the battery be in a lot of stress since its handling that much juice? sorry not techy but im really drawn to their claim of "19minutes 100%". so if anyone has a similar device any advice would be highly appreciated

The wattage is a bit disingenuous, the rate fluctuates and is usually at 110-115, so from 0 to 100 thats about roughly 25 minutes. I've had my phone for over a year now and the battery is still good, usually lasts me 4 days to a week with light browsing and texting. Anything gaming related tho I'm not sure haha pc gamer lang ako

mula sa asus phone ko na 10watts 5k mah batt, 2 hours 30 minutes 0-100 mag charge. parang normal pa sakin yun. nagagamkt ko nalang habang nag c charge di maiwasan. ngayon xiaomi 11T, 67 watts. 42 mins. sobra laki ng difference. pagkakaalam ko 25 mins 0-100 ang 120 watts tapos 180 watts 17 mins ata. kung iisipin mo hazards pwede naman i off pero sobrang ganda ng feature na yun para i off. yolo nalang kahit maging plantsa smartphone mo

It's okay to utilize the quick charge feature, BUT, do not use it as a daily thing to charge your phone, that would cause the battery to deteriorate. Instead, only make use of the quick charge function if you are in need of a quick charge to your phone (e.g. charging your phone in the morning because you'll be late for work/school etc.)

Yes 120w will be fine, but if you charge overnight get an extra charger like 10-20w if you have time to charge, using the 120w if you are in a hurry

ok lang naman, basta well ventilated din yung area. pero pag wala kang aircon tas mainit talaga, mag ooverheat. Blackshark 4 user here

Anything too good to be true must be too good to be true. Usually phones charging cap at 20w lang talaga kahit anong klaseng charger gamit mo.

I say its just a gimmick masabi lang na they charge faster than others. It could be placebo too.
