I have people tell me to join AXIE or whatever its name is. They explain to me that I breed virtual pets and sell them online

My thoughts are that its a waste of time and money because some people are telling me that NFT's would grow in price or whatever.
I would rather invest my money on the old reliable stock market in the long term for an early retirement.

Shame though that I wasn't able to buy bitcoin when I was a bit younger.

I am curious though if there is a simple explanation for a simpleton like me on what NFT's are

a bubble that will burst. you can make quick cash now sure, but dont ever think its long term

Most NFTs are somewhat like paintings. Yung iba ay bumili because they like what they see, although karamihan, bumibili ng NFTs hoping na mabebenta nila ito for a higher price. Some NFTs can be used sa games, isipin mo nalang para siyang item sa MMORPG or skin sa dota. Ang unique thing about NFTs ay madali itong maverify if original yung NFT since pwede mo siyang icheck sa blockchain.

Kung gusto mo ng passive income, aksaya talaga. pero kung aaralin mo at bibigyan mo ng time like any other investments, well, you'll most likely earn from it.

Karamihan kasi gusto easy money.. It doesn't work that way. It's like any other business or investment, it requires knowledge, time, patience, and a little bit of luck. It's a f**k*ng GAMBLE.

NFTs are really for digital artists. thats how they can sell their works on online universe. The problem right now is that anyone can be digital artists so even a piece of crap can be sold for millions worth of dollars. You just need a very good influencers to promote your works and put a hype into it and viola money making machine
