I think M1 can do the job na. No need to pay extra.. but if you have the spare cash to spend then why not go for the latest di ba.. hehehe

Agree on the replies here, if you do not need extra processing power an M1 macbook should be fine.

parang around 15% performance lang ang improvement. halos d ramdam sa real world unless sinasagad mo tlga performance. kung malaking discount sa m1 suggest ko m1 pero kung konti lang mag m2 ka na para masmahaba support

adding on here. i think apple will support the m1 macs for a long time and many other devs will have the same machine as you
