I also have a question is it possible to have two memory ram at 3200mhz that are different brands and that one has a maximum frequency of 2400mhz?

Never ever use 2 different ram brands, readings and frequency, you will not be able to utilize both of them. Buy a 2 same ram brands, reading, and frequency. I'd recommend G.SKILL Trident Z RGB.

First, upgrade your ram ng 2x8gb 3600mhz. Then get a graphics card, if budget go for rx 6600 or if budget is no problem, rtx 4060 or rtx 3060 12gb is good. You can also explore in the 2nd hand marketplace pero mag-ingat ka na lang

The 3200mhz ram will downgrade itself to match the 2400mhz so not worth it.
