STEP 1:
--> copy and paste nyo po sa notepad ung codes na nilagay ko under this STEP, at i save nyo po sya ng kahiy na anumang nae basta ang extesion nya dapat ay .vbs
example:
WelcomeVoiceMessage.vbs
note:
you can customize the welcome voice message with your own words. sa code na nilagay ko sa baba, palitan nyo lang po ung Hello Polan! Welcome back to your computer. Have a nice day ng gusto nyong message.
CODES:

Set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")

STEP 2:
--> Now, i momoved po naten yang ginawa naten, sa windows 7 start up folder.
pero bago ang lahat, make sure na naka show hidden files, folder and drives ang folder option nyo. para makita nyo ung AppData na folder.
ito po ung pag show ng hidden files, just follow the screenshoot below.
STEP 3:
--> back to your "DRIVE C", then click "Users".
inside the "Users" Folder, eopen nyo kung ano ung username nyo.
example:
username ng sakin ay "CASPER".
inside your username folder, open the "AppData" folder.
inside the "AppData" folder, open the "Roaming" folder.
inside the "Roaming" folder, open the "Microsoft" folder.
inside the "Microsoft" folder, open the "Windows" folder.
inside the "Windows" folder, open the "Start Menu" folder.
inside the "Start Menu" folder, open the "Programs" folder.
inside the "Programs" folder, open the "Startup" folder.
OR
para mas madali..
click start button, then right click nyo po ung "All programs", click nyo ung "open", may mag popop up na window, open nyo ung folder na "programs", tapos hanapin nyo ung "Startup".
drag and drop nyo po ung file na ginawa nyo para sa welcome message nyo.
STEP 4:
--> now, restart your system to test naten. ENJOY!!
