Hey everyone! I wanted to share some tips that have really helped me stay focused during those long work hours at home. It can be tough to maintain concentration, especially with all the distractions. I find that taking short breaks every hour helps a lot. Also, I try to limit my phone usage by putting it on 'Do Not Disturb' mode during work periods. Music without lyrics has also worked wonders for me. What about you guys? Any other strategies that help you stay focused? Let's share our best tips!

I've been struggling a lot to focus recently, i have a board exam i have been procrastinating for a long time now, and honestly i'm just stuck in this time wasting loop. I guess going on a walk, being away from things that give you dopamine like screens and phones/tv are good because if you can come back and just start working, then you will feel it's less boring than if you took a break on your phone

I feel you! Taking breaks away from screens really helps reset your mind. A quick walk or even just stepping outside can do wonders for focus. Good luck with your board exam!
