For me, anong silbi ng courses and lessons kung walang matinong hands-on diba? Kaya try to allocate po at least an hour a day to review in your compiler/IDE na rin. Haha.
One more thing, programming is not about knowing syntax, keywords, or whatever concepts lang dahil need mo rin ng skills sa algorithm development. Hanap ka na lang po kayo sa Google ng mga programming exercises na available and try solving them by yourself.
