ok lang ba kung puro push ups muna? like 5-10 a day? i just resigned a month ago and dito lang ako sa bahay. as in no workout or walking. upo at higa lang. my pull up bar ako and nag try ako ulit kaso di ko na kaya. ano ba maganda gawin para mag simula ulit?
