Habang nagba-browse ako ng cameras sa Marketplace, I kept seeing these so called Leica cameras.

Are they worth the hype and price? Can they even compete against Nikon, Sony, etc.?

Yeah they're pretty worthit ngl. they definetely have a different vibe when it comes to taking pics and vids. Their film emulation is pretty rad aswell.

They've definitely lot the market, even as they're worth it. Nikon, Sony and Canon, and the mobile phone manufactuers have taken over.

Weird lang ng placement ng Leica sa market considering a lot of what it does kaya na gawin post-prod. I guess nothing matches natural grain, also okay pa rin build quality nya since iteration at least sa Leica M.

There is some sneaky value with used M-mount lenses (especially third-party) because can adapt them to almost any other mount. With that said, these are manual focus lenses, so if you need auto-focus then prepare to pay a lot of money for the other Leica offerings.
