focus on anything except for the fact na you're sick. it doesnt mean u should go out and have intense workout, pero just believe in your body. try finding something new like a hobby since u have all the time naman

kaloka. 2.5 years na pandemic wala pa din concrete na action plan kapag nagkasakit ka. isolate and pray lang talaga.

Back when i got covid i just focused on resting. Tbh i didnt even know i had covid until i noticed i had a hard time breathing while exercising. But yeah, just focus on resting and yiull get better. Also eat despite it being difficult as you cannot taste anything.

Got exposed during peak covid times, just focused on resting and medication. not much you can do tbh. Just eat and rest because body takes all the beating and u need all the energy to recover.

Hays hirap mag kacovid. Nagkaroon yung friend ko niyan, isolate lang daw talaga. Kausap nga namin siya lagi through online platforms para lagi siya may kausap.
