Recent lang ako nag karoon ng skincare (I'm in my late 30s) and newbie lang din ako. Pero ang staple is something to clean the face and remove excess oil. Tapos moisturizer kasi dry skin ako. Tapos sunblock lang when I go out pag may araw pa.

Cleanse>Moisturize, if morning just Cleanse then Sunscreen

people often forget sunscreen. obviously that was important one

Man doesnt really need skincare unlike girl, exercise and wait for the glow up but if you wanna try skincare its good.

mas okay gumamit ng cleanser then apply ka serum at moisturizer

Ligo araw-araw, hilamos pagkagising at bago matulog. Mag-lotion ka na din.
