Nag-try ako mag-delete ng Facebook, Instagram, at Twitter for one week nung January.

Nag-work ba talaga or babalik at babalik din sa dati?

Share naman kayo ng tips or experience! Baka may mag-inspire sa atin na tuluyang mag-detox this 2026. Salamuch!

Siguro it’s different for everyone. My wake-up call was getting diagnosed with diabetes. I work from home, so most of what I do is digital. But ever since I was diagnosed, I’ve forced myself to limit screen time and do other types of activities.

I can definitely say it’s difficult to start something and stay consistent with it—until something bad happens. I’ve tried going to the gym before, on and off, never consistent. Not until I got diagnosed. But I’m in a much better situation now, more than ever!

What I’m trying to say is, don’t be like me. Life is precious. You can do it! This might help:

"I’ve got to do better than last year."

Whatever you do in 2026 should be better than what you did in 2025.

Naks, thanks for sharing yan @darksecrets052595.

- Start with "no phone first hour" sa umaga.
- Alamin mo yung screen time mo sa settings.
- Pwede mo i-grayscale yung phone display.

Sino pa dito may tips? Bet ko marinig yung ibang approaches.

Uy, same struggle dito .
  3. Time blocks: social media lang sa set na oras (like 30 mins sa gabi) para may balance.
  4. Phone-free zones: habang kumakain o bago matulog, phone is off sa side.

I was able to do it for a few years and just started disassociating myself from reality, kinda sucked but for it to work, just keep everything work or necessary apps you need and make sure to talk with friends regularly or you'll feel really shit after a few weeks
