Sleep paralysis

My dad died due to an accident. After he died, lumipat kami sa bahay ng tita ko, which is right next to a hospital and a burnt compound. Maraming instances na 'namulto' kaming lahat but the one I will never forget is when I woke up from a nap to find a silhouette of a guy, strongly resembling yung papa ko. Nakatayo siya sa doorway then parang nakatitig siya sakin for a few seconds, then it left na parang bababa siya ng hagdanan which is katabi lang ng doorway. I will never forget it. It was the last ghost encounter I've had. I was only a kid when it happened.

Watched horror movie when I was a child with the adults in the family. I had a slight fever then, when we traveled back home, I thought I saw tombs along the way. Nagdedeliryo na pala.
