I mean duh. Common sense. How are people gonna learn if you just IP permanent ban. Look at the katz room chat. Floods of new member diba?

this is a free website, and no matter how you keep on banning people they will still sign up with a different ip using countless vpn

You should be lenient on the rules and suspend accounts only for 24 hours to 1 week.

just to get permanent ban for a single "np boss"

I think a 7 year old kid would've made a better forum rules than this dictatorshit type of crap by whoever made up this rules.

First of all I don't allow any power abuse at katz. If you can prove that someone is abusing there power then by all means show me some proof. Banning you by doing a spam reply isn't abuse of power. The rules are clear and was sent via PM. You and the rest of the members agreed during registration that you will be perm ban once you spam reply at if hindi kayo magbasa ng welcome PM. The instructions are very clear and was translated to tagalog by 2 mods. I am the one who created the rules and I am the one who instructed the mod to perm ban spammers right away WITHOUT warning unless they want to give them warning especially ARDENTS.

Like you said this is a free forum and everyone is free to join. There IP might be ban but they can always change IP via VPN and register again. Since this is a free forum, you don't pay anything, you can share almost everything unlike other forums. All I am asking is for you guys to follow the rules and read your welcome PM. If you follow the rules, nobody will bother you and nobody will ban you ever.

Regarding registration, madami nag reregister not because they are banned but because of referral and word of mouth. Those banned members may register again but not all those new members are previously banned. Well, if the new member is previously ban then he/she should read and follow the welcome PM and read exactly what he/she agreed during registration to prevent getting banned again.

I pay a lot for this domain and for the server para may tambayan tayo na wala halos bawal. 98% of the content is allowed sa katz di tulad ng mga ibang forum na takot sa DMCA at nakatago yung porn at iba iba pa. Pwedi din dito magbenta or share ng mga premium account di tulad sa iba na hindi siya allowed. Another thing is hindi bayad mga mods dito, they are allotting a lot of time keeping our home clean against spammers and at the same time contribute.

I was tired of cleaning and banning members due to spam and advertising to other forum so I plan to close the registration and have all new registration pay a certain fee but it is the mods who told me not to do it. So please follow the rules and let's keep our home as clean and professional and friendly as possible.

question for a newly registered member.. possible ba if maban po ako kaya nyo rin po bang iretract yung pag ban?. so if i mistakenly na di ma follow yung guide kahit di ko naman po intention for sure po mababan ako.. from getting scared of being maban baka lalo akong magkamali sa mga magagawa ko. lol

well sila ang may ari ng forums and sila din magdedecide what are the rules. which is we need to follow. ganun talaga e. pero may point din kasi na pinaghirapan mo then maban ka for lifetime.. ika nga din nila dba?. pinaghihirapan para maka access sa mga gusto mong mapasukan. and pinaghirapan para maging ardent. then suddenly mababan ka. tanggal happiness ka talaga. hehe..

The staff and I are doing our best to keep this forum's security and performance. We try our best to keep this clean and friendly to everyone. I didn't create a 100 pages of rules. It's actually less than 10 for everyone to easily understand. You might think it's harsh but it's actually very easy to just spend a minute or 2 to read your PM and read the rules and guidelines.

I understand your point that it needs to be temp ban instead of perm ban. But keep in mind that the staff and myself are not paid keeping this forum online. I am actually spending more than what I get from this forum but I still choose to keep it para may tambayan tayong lahat where almost everything is free to share. If we waste our time giving temp ban, then others will just abuse it and might do it again since it is only 1 week ban. It will also hard for us to keep track if this member has been banned before or not. there's 500 new members a day and 10 thousands posts a day with over 50k visitors a day. How can the current staff keep up if we just impose temp ban for rules breaker?

As much as I understand your point of view, perm ban will stay. Read, follow and understand the rules and guidelines and nobody will bother you. Thank you.
