First of all I don't allow any power abuse at katz. If you can prove that someone is abusing there power then by all means show me some proof. Banning you by doing a spam reply isn't abuse of power. The rules are clear and was sent via PM. You and the rest of the members agreed during registration that you will be perm ban once you spam reply at if hindi kayo magbasa ng welcome PM. The instructions are very clear and was translated to tagalog by 2 mods. I am the one who created the rules and I am the one who instructed the mod to perm ban spammers right away WITHOUT warning unless they want to give them warning especially ARDENTS.

Like you said this is a free forum and everyone is free to join. There IP might be ban but they can always change IP via VPN and register again. Since this is a free forum, you don't pay anything, you can share almost everything unlike other forums. All I am asking is for you guys to follow the rules and read your welcome PM. If you follow the rules, nobody will bother you and nobody will ban you ever.

Regarding registration, madami nag reregister not because they are banned but because of referral and word of mouth. Those banned members may register again but not all those new members are previously banned. Well, if the new member is previously ban then he/she should read and follow the welcome PM and read exactly what he/she agreed during registration to prevent getting banned again.

I pay a lot for this domain and for the server para may tambayan tayo na wala halos bawal. 98% of the content is allowed sa katz di tulad ng mga ibang forum na takot sa DMCA at nakatago yung porn at iba iba pa. Pwedi din dito magbenta or share ng mga premium account di tulad sa iba na hindi siya allowed. Another thing is hindi bayad mga mods dito, they are allotting a lot of time keeping our home clean against spammers and at the same time contribute.

I was tired of cleaning and banning members due to spam and advertising to other forum so I plan to close the registration and have all new registration pay a certain fee but it is the mods who told me not to do it. So please follow the rules and let's keep our home as clean and professional and friendly as possible.

100% LEGIT to. Simple lang naman intindihin yung mga RULES. For me, walang POWER ABUSE na nagaganap pero LEGIT madame pasaway na members na di man lang intindihin yung RULES na pagkasimple-simple.​
