Thinking about upgrading from my 1060 6GB finally. Nag-iisip ako sa RTX 4060 since medyo fit sa budget ko around 25-30k. Pero ang daming mixed reviews nakikita ko online.

Yung 8GB VRAM parang concerning din since mas marami na games na mas malakas ang demand. Pero sa DLSS 3 and frame generation baka naman sakto pa rin siya for 1080p gaming.

Currently playing Valorant, Cyberpunk, and some AAA titles pag may sale sa Steam. 1080p lang monitor ko and hindi naman ako competitive gamer na nag-aalala sa 0.01ms input lag.

Ano thoughts niyo? May better alternative ba sa price range na yan or tuloy na sa 4060? Baka may nakapag-build na dito with this GPU.

Uy, eto actual thoughts ko ha — galing din ako sa 1060 6GB nung nakaraan.

For 1080p gaming, sulit naman ang RTX 4060 lalo na kung hindi ka naghahanap ng ultra settings sa lahat ng AAA games. Yung DLSS 3 + frame generation talaga game changer, lalo na sa Cyberpunk. Mapapagana mo yan sa decent settings without compromising much sa visuals.

Yung 8GB VRAM concern legit, pero realistically for 1080p hindi naman siya dealbreaker ngayon. Mga 2-3 years pa siguro bago maging talagang issue. By that time, baka upgrade ka na ulit anyway.

Sa 25-30k range, maganda ring options:
- RX 7600 XT (16GB VRAM, mas sulit sa pure rasterization)
- RX 6750 XT (mas malakas pero medyo older na)
- RTX 4060 Ti 8GB kung makakita ka ng sale na bumaba siya near 30k

Pero kung team green ka talaga at want mo yung DLSS ecosystem, go for the 4060. Hindi naman siya "sayang pera" for what it does. Competitive siya sa price point niya for 1080p.

Tuloy mo na bro, worth it yang upgrade from 1060. Malaking difference ang mararamdaman mo.
