Start with walking. 5000 steps a day. If gym gusto mo, i recommend stronglifts 5x5 sa total beginner.

Well for me weightlifting..bumili pa ako mga equipment sa shopee para magsimula noon hahaha tapos youtube guides..dumbbell at barbell lang sapat na sakin para mamaintain ko weight ko ngayon.

You can start slow with basic calisthenics if you dont have access to weights like Push Ups, Squat, Bar Hanging/Assisted Pull up with Bands. Then you can slowly transition to more harder variations. But its best to do weightlifting if you want to see actual big progress but don't expect to be big as hollywood stars after a year or so, they're most likely on the juice.

If no gym, there's plenty of body weight routines. I've seen some on reddit and I personally used to do just body weight exercises. I only go to the gym now since there's also a basketball court lol.
