Si biden na humihingi ng pabor na magdagdag ng supply ng produce ng langis para bumaba ang presyo or si putin na hinihikayat sila na huwag magdagdag ng production para manatiling mataas ang presyo at kumita ang lahat ng nagproproduce ng langis. Need rin kasi ng pera ng gulf countries hmmmm.
