For someone who just wants to connect to one certain country, Windscribe offers custom plans where you get to choose which country you'd like to have at 50 pesos/country. My use case for it is mostly streaming, and I don't really notice much difference in that aspect with Windscribe compared to ExpressVPN, NordVPN, and Cyberghost - the other three I've used.
