i-a-assume ko na naka DSLR ka or mirrorless cam ka
try mo pagaralan paano mag manual sa camera mo
sure rin naman ako kahit wala ka nun, may manual mode yung camera ng phone mo

pagaralan mo yung exposure triangle, ayun magiging gabay mo sa manual photography

learn the exposure triangle. after that pitik lng ng pitik, mag-assist ka sa mga photogs, tapos aralin ang mga images from great photographers.

Una mong iisipin is kuha ka muna ng magandang camera. Phone camera will not be enough long-term.

Isang tip ko is to find ano yung photography niche na gusto mo and study that.

Madami kasing parang sub culture under photography.

Merong nature (landscapes, flora and fauna, etc.)
Merong portraiture (usually faces)
Meron ding event based, like weddings, concerts, etc.

Kaya ko nasabi to kasi may mga unique na techniques bawat niche and it will shorten your learning curve if you start sa niche na gusto mo na.

Also gaining interest sa photography, tingin ko ang mahalagang concept to learn is yung tamang pagfocus at lighting, like the ISO at aperture setting ng mga cameras haha

Ang ginawa ko dati, nagsesearch ako ng mga photos on google about the things that I like. Sample, landscapes.
Tapos I study that photo and ask myself why I love it. Dahil ba sa subject? Was it the lighting? Was it the time of day?
Tapos I try to recreate the same photo.
