Mga lods, eto yung mga nagbabago sa PC hardware scene lately. Medyo heavy ang vibes pero worth malaman:
Kayo, ano take niyo dito? Nag-iipon pa rin ba kayo for upgrade o tatagal muna sa current rig? Tuloy ba ang build plans niyo this year o wait and see na lang? Drop your thoughts below!
- Yung PC hardware slump na sinasabi ng marami — totoo siya. Sales are down and people are holding off on upgrades. Parang bumagal talaga ang momentum ng industry.
- Mukhang lalakas pa ang sakit ng bulsa — may research report na mainstream laptops could jump in price by up to 40%. Combine that with Dell and Lenovo already hiking prices, medyo scary ang direction for gamers and builders.
- Sa Japan, may isang major electronics store sa Akihabara na literally nagbe-beg ng old PCs from customers. "We pretty much buy any PC" sabi nila. Yung hardware drought is real doon.
- Pati dito sa ibang bansa, stores are asking gamers for old rigs dahil sa hardware shortage. Grabe yung demand-supply gap.
- AI PCs continue to be pushed by manufacturers pero yung actual use case for regular users? Medyo vague pa rin for most people.
- May ongoing discussion rin na PC hardware feels "boring" ngayon — less exciting launches, incremental updates lang. Some worry it's not just a phase.
- Sa kabila ng lahat, may mga deals pa rin na mahanap — Tom's Hardware has an ongoing roundup of GPU, CPU, and SSD deals kung naghahanap ka ng sulit na buys.
