- Industry's in a bit of a slump right now — sales are down and honestly, parang walang masyadong exciting releases na nagcaco-create ng buzz. Some writers are saying it feels "boring" and they're worried it might stay that way.
- Bad news sa mga nagpaplanong bumili ng laptop — may research report na nagc-claim na mainstream laptops could shoot up in price by as much as 40%. Ouch.
- Over sa Japan, may Akihabara electronics store na literally nagbebegt na sa customers to sell their old PCs dahil sa hardware drought. "We pretty much buy any PC" sabi nila. Grabe yung shortage.
- Sa madaling salita, stores in other countries are also asking gamers to trade in old rigs kasi mahirap na mag-stock ng bago.
