20 pesos na bigas is a long term goal. impossible yan ng 2023. First of all, madaming cartel ng buyers ng palay ang nagcocontrol ng price nyan sa mga magsasaka. 2nd, kulang pa din yung suporta ng government sa mga nagtatanim ng palay. lastly, need nila irevise yung rice tarrification law kasi di sya beneficial sa mga magsasaka
