Joke time nanaman si DAR Secretary.

Nung una tuwang tuwa gobyerno dahil bababa na "raw" presyo ng bigas simula ng tanggalin tariff sa rice importation. Ang resulta? Mas pinli ng mga consumer ung mga imported kesa sa local na bigas kase magkalapit na presyuhan. Pangalawa, lalong nabaon mga magsasaka dahil binibili na sa kanila ito ng bagsak-presyo ng mga rice millers. Hindi mga higanteng mga corporation sa bigas ang apektado or ung mga rice millers kundi ung mga magsasaka na mano-mano na nga pag-ani binabarat pa lol. Pano naman mamodernize yan aber? ayuda nanaman sa farmers? sigurado bang makakarating yan sa kanila? Napakadaling sabihin na 20 pesos na lang bigas pero para kang nangangarap ng gising. Bukas 30 pesos na lang gasolina ano.
