Posible kung mapalakas agad ang agriculture industry at kung masusuportahan ang mga farmers natin. Hindi sapat na bigyan lang sila ng modernong kagamitan sa pagtatanim. Dapat ay bigyan din sila ng sapat na pagsasanay upang matutunan ang mga makabagong kagamitan. Dahil kung hindi sila bibigyan ng pagsasanay, babalik at babalik lang sila sa oldschool na pagtatanim. Hindi lang iyan, marami pang kailangang mapagtagumpayan na gawin para maging makatotohanan ang P20 na bigas by 2023.
