Please, habang hawak parin ni villar ang subd, agri part sa senate, walang mangyayare dyan. Better na irevise ang rice tariff law since hindi naman natutulungan mga farmers. Farmer ang tito ko and mas pinipili nalang bigasin kesa ibenta ng palay sa mura ng bilihan ng palay.
