+1 dito. Avoid using phone while trying to sleep. Kahit na sabihin nating nagpapaantok or nakakaantok yung pinapanood mo, your brain will be distracted still. Also kung pansin mo na madami ka pa energy or ndi ka pagod when its time to sleep, try to resched and try to fit a routine sa sched mo na light workout or anything to expend energy. Hope this helps

A glass of warm milk usually helps me sleep. Sinasabi rin sakin dati na imagine-in mong nakatitig ka sa white wall (pero kung easily distracted ka, tulad ko, baka di yan gumana). I also agree na wag gumamit ng gadgets, lalo na dahil sa ilaw.

Depende sa sleeping cycle mo. Kung sanay na katawan mo sa gabi nagigising at sa umaga natutulog kahit anong gawin mo matulog sa gabi di yan gagana. Gawin mo unti unti mo ibahin schedule ng tulog mo. For example kung nagigising kana sa hapon, mag puyat ka hanggang bukas ng tanghali, gawin mo hanggang makatulog ka sa gabi. Kapag natulog kna sa gabi, gawin mo na yun araw araw at wag ka mag cocomputer at mag ccp, naka off dpat ang ilaw
