It seems like after 1999, the clothes and hairstyle people wear looks like it hasn't changed for the next 25 years. Unlike the 40's to the 90's that there is a specific "culture template" being followed around the world. 2000 to 2026 has none. It's like someone who has their clothes in 2001 can still wear it in 2026 without feeling left out. Have you noticed it too?
