Basta wag ka magbibigay ng personal info mo or mag share ng OTP (one-time pin) at i-monitor mo yung funds mo, in-case may hidden charges or malapit ka na magexceed sa limit mo. Also, be careful sa mga sites na binibigyan mo ng card credentials mo kasi baka di secured yung database at macompromise ang account mo. I suggest using Paypal account pata mas safe. Dun mulang kasi ilalagay ang card details mo at known internationally na secure ang database nila at mamanage mo din mga subscriptions mo. I'd suggest Gcash or Paymaya pero local lang kasi mga yan sa Philippines.
