ask lang guys, pano kayo dinkinakabahan minsan sa mga bagay bagay kasi ako mahina dibdib ko eh, like minsan i fold under pressure, pero naiisip kondin na kapag kalmado ka mas madami ka magagawa nanmaayos and mas focus and deliberate ka sa actions mo tama ba ako
Isipin mo lang lage twing may ginagawa ka and you aim for something na di lang ikaw ang dumadanaa at dinanas yan, maraming tao din. Kaya maging confident ka na kaya mo yan kasi kaya nga nila e. Breath out lang every now then para di gaani ma stress

every desisyon na gagawin mo kailangan isipin mo muna para hindi ka mapressure at klailangan din kumalma! hahaha

pag marami ka iniisip lalo na dahil kabado ung percentage ng mga gagawa mo is maapektuhan talaga compared kapag hindi ka kabado

Pareho lang ako sayo pre, been trying to improve and it helps to ease anxiety talaga kung may nagmomotivate sayo like girlfriend
