i say go ryzen 7 latest gen then 3080 and up

You can get a 3060Ti GPU, it is strong but will only have 8GB VRAM. 2080Ti 11GB is a better option. A 3000-4000 series Ryzen CPU. As for the availability, I am not sure.

Got a r7 5700x paired with 3060ti, no bottleneck whatsoever. Peak performance even in 2k reso gaming (3k) kasi ultrawide

go for am5 platform (r7 7700), paired with a 7800xt (3080 if u need nvidia, d pa kasi ganon kaganda price to performance ng 40 series).
