You could get a lot for 90k

I sold my ryzen 5 pc back in july for 40 to upgrade to an Intel pc build.

Assuming you already have a decent or at least usable monitor.

I'll tally it up so you can make a comparison.

My specs:

I7-12700F (17,900 i wanted to get the KF but they ran out)
Asus Tuf RTX3070 (25k only second hand from PCfactory on Lazada or shopee)
Tforce 2x16 (32Gb Ram)
Gigabyte Z690 GamingX (11,600)
1tb nvme ssd gen4 boot drive (6k)
MSI MPG A750GF (6,500)
Lian Li O11 Air Mini (6,500 had 3 included fans 2x140mm, 1x120mm)

Miscellaneous:
Noctua U14s tower cooler (from lazada sale for only 3,500)
2pcs Noctua NF-P14s redux (1700)
2pcs noctua NF-P12 redux (1550)
10 HUB fan controller (600)
2 generic china brand led bar and strip 1k

The desktop (excluding mice, keyboard, headphones, monitor) is 71,850.00 (price may vary)

The monitor I use is Samsung Lu28r55 4k hdr (got this from a clearance sale in sm forgot the store it was only 16k)

Use dynaquest if you want to check current prices

@Mang_Inasal Nice build there. Are you running DDR4? Unless you carried it over from a previous build, do you think your gaming performance would benefit from DDR5 instead? Also, if you're not worried too much about second-hand GPUs with short/non-existent warranties (given that Ampere is 2 years old by this point, so only manufacturer warranties make sense), try FB marketplace! Saw a couple of 3080s going for nearly the same price as your 3070 a few weeks ago but I didn't pull the trigger since I've got my own already.

5th generation intel or ryzen is fine then make sure that u have at least 16gb of RAM and for the GPU use the 2000 series nvidia GPU because of the price reduce and perfomance. And for the motherboard just use gigabyte that suits your CPU
