Wanted to ask suggestions about pc builds. Budget is around 90k. Would love if parts are available here in ph. Planning to use it for gaming mostly. Thanks!

Either to choose from higher end gpus pero r5 or r7 with mid ranged gpu ka para oks din depende sa preference mo ng game

Kung typical gaming and work/school, i5 12th gen, kung magsstream ka and mga soundboard, i7 12th gen and up, minimal difference lang sa performance (pero 10k difference ang presyo). GPU, 3060Ti is almost the same as 3070 (di mo rin mapapansin difference unless nagbebenchmark ka malala, depende na sa budget mo), you can go higher. RAM 16gb min (if 16 gb go for 8x2). WAG TIPIRIN ANG PSU, go for higher watts if ever mag uupgrade ka, no need to buy, and go for gold rating para stable and mga currents. Motherboard, depende sa dami ng mga usb slots na need mo, kung may plan to upgrade or use ng maraming peripherals, yung maraming slots like b550 MSI Tomahawk (yan gamit ko, pero ko naman nauubos mga usb slots, best rated yan and good pricepoint for i5), pero kung i7 pataas Z board na dapat for overclocking. Research each part separately, magtry ka ng mga PSU wattage calculator for proper wattage wag chambahan.

Go for a AMD 5600 and 3070 combo.

Mine is 5600x and RX 6600 XT. Around 40k build and good for 1440p gaming

R5 + atleast 3070, adjust nalang kung kelangan mo pa ng monitor/desk/chair. kumakain ng budget yun eh hahaha.
