Kahit anong mentally draining mangyari sayo, stick to a basic care routine.

Eat three meals. Sleep for 8 hours. Drink plenty water. Get some exercise.

Find a routine that works for you, and stick to it regardless of what happens. Siyempre baka iba siya for you and for others, pero for me mas nakakabawas siya ng impact ng spiraling ko hahaha

Tama yung talk to someone, pero it's also best to have time for yourself. Kumbaga self reflection at times. Set goal expectations and see where you are now para hindi ka naliligaw.

Talking to someone po can help, praying po if you don't have someone to talk to, having enough rest, finding a hobby that will help divert your attention

Best routine/advise to take care of mental health?
Good sleeping habits, healthy diet, exercise, hobbies, are all important for over all mental health. For me taking short walks everyday helps my mental health so much. Around my neighborhood or in nature.
